In2food has been the exclusive importer for Dobla chocolate decorations, chocolate shavings and chocolate cups since 1992. In 2006 Dobla opened it's very first manufacturing facility in the United States producing chocolate shavings and in 2008 added a second production line in that facilty begining the production of chocolate cigarettes.
Along with being the exclusive importer of the Dobla product lines, in2food also exclusively imports couverture and coating chocolates from Chocovic located in Spain and tart shells and puff pastry products from Pruve with production facilities in Holland and France.
We are committed to supporting the pastry industry and the professional chef by offering chocolate/pastry demonstrations and seminars in our state of art Pastry School located on the in2food campus, as well as travel around the United States doing demonstations under the instruction of some of the most experienced Pastry Chefs in the industry.
