Mirror glaze can be used straight from the bucket, but works best when heated to about 104/113F. Once heated gently mix and pour over desired dessert. Once set it maintains a beautiful mirror like shine that will last for the life of your dessert.

This product is Gluten-free and has NO hydrogenated fats.
